1.1 Account Information

When you sign in using Sign in with Apple, we receive:

• Your Apple ID identifier (a unique, anonymous ID)
• Your email address (if you choose to share it)
• Your name (if you choose to share it)

Apple may provide a private relay email address to protect your real email.

1.2 Dream Content

When you record and save dreams, we collect:

• Voice Recordings: Audio files of your dream narrations, stored securely in the cloud
• Transcriptions: Text versions of your recordings, created using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition
• Dream Metadata: Titles, dates, and tags you assign to dreams

1.3 AI-Generated Analysis

Our app analyzes your dream transcriptions to identify:

• Themes and recurring patterns
• Emotions and sentiment
• Key symbols and imagery

Important: This analysis is performed entirely on your device using Apple's NaturalLanguage framework. Your dream content is not sent to external AI services for analysis.

1.4 Generated Videos

When you generate dream visualization videos:

• Your dream description is sent to our secure cloud servers
• We use third-party AI services (Replicate) to generate videos
• Generated videos are stored in your private cloud storage

1.5 Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Moonbeat AI Pro:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple
• We receive confirmation of your subscription status from RevenueCat
• We do not receive or store your payment card details

We use your information to:

• Provide the core dream journaling functionality
• Generate AI-powered dream visualizations
• Sync your dreams across your devices
• Manage your subscription and video credits
• Improve our services and fix bugs
• Respond to support requests

3.1 Cloud Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud platform that provides:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
• Encryption at rest
• Row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data
• Regular security audits and compliance certifications

3.2 On-Device Storage

Some data is cached locally on your device for offline access, protected by iOS security features including device encryption.

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple (Sign in with Apple): Authentication - Apple Privacy Policy
• Supabase: Database and file storage - Supabase Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat: Subscription management - RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Replicate: AI video generation - Replicate Privacy Policy

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Until you delete your account
• Dreams and recordings: Until you delete them or your account
• Generated videos: Until you delete them or your account
• Subscription records: As required for financial/legal purposes

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your stored dreams and data within the app
• Delete: Remove individual dreams or your entire account
• Export: Request a copy of your data
• Revoke: Disconnect Sign in with Apple from your Apple ID settings

Moonbeat AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
